1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply: "Platform" means the 77bdc website and all associated services accessible via 77bdc.bet; "Account" means a registered user account on the Platform; "User", "you", or "Player" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform; "77bdc", "we", "us", or "the Company" means the operator of the 77bdc platform; "Funds" means the balance held in your 77bdc account; "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits or free spins credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Management
Once registered, you are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 77bdc account. The following rules apply to account management:

Where an account is closed by 77bdc due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request, the remaining verified balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method subject to standard verification procedures.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 77bdc platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. 77bdc reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or during system maintenance.
- Funds deposited into your 77bdc account must be used for wagering and gaming activity on the platform. 77bdc reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where deposited funds have not been wagered at least once.
- 77bdc does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 77bdc's control.
77bdc does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
77bdc offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:
- Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets placed from your account balance.

6. Betting Rules

- All bets are final once confirmed. 77bdc does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious error in odds has occurred, in which case 77bdc reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- In the event of a sports event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, 77bdc will apply the relevant governing body's official rules to determine the settlement of all affected bets. Stakes may be returned where no outcome can be determined.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per market type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting sections of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
- 77bdc reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion, including where a player is suspected of exploiting pricing errors, using a betting strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
77bdc is committed to providing a fair and secure platform for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Using any form of software, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to card counting software, predictive tools, or RNG exploitation techniques.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, or sharing information about live game hands, cards, or plays for the purpose of gaining an advantage.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity. 77bdc cooperates fully with any lawful request for information from relevant authorities and reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds where illegal activity is suspected.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 77bdc staff or other players via the platform's communication channels. 77bdc will terminate the accounts of users who engage in such behaviour without notice or refund.
Where 77bdc determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, any winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct may be voided in full, and the account balance returned to the level it held prior to the prohibited activity commencing, at 77bdc's sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 77bdc platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials, is the property of 77bdc or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 77bdc.
- Creating derivative works based on platform content, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform's software or technical infrastructure.
- Using 77bdc's name, logo, brand marks, or any associated trade marks in any commercial context or in a manner that suggests an official association or endorsement without prior written consent.
- Framing or mirroring any part of the platform on any other website or application without 77bdc's prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
77bdc provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bdc excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 77bdc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall 77bdc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. 77bdc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77bdc account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
77bdc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for a 77bdc account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
